product is a rattlesnake statue. Why? Because it is nice. Not just nice but really nice. In fact it is really, really nice. It is made of cold cast bronze and is incredibly detailed. Believe it or not it looks good anywhere. We know that because we have put it in different places and it looks good. That’s because it is really, really nice.

Customer service is the hallmark of any retail business. The basics are not hard – do everything that you can to meet or exceed your customer’s expectations. Here is a story where we pat our
selves on the back for our customer service.
We had a customer who ordered a statue from us. Later he contacted us and told us that several years ago he had been in Dallas and saw a really nice statue of a boy and a dog. He explained that he always wanted to get one just like it but never found it again. He sent a picture of it (the one featured) and asked if we knew where one could be obtained. We went to work and were actually able to track down the original Chinese manufacturer who informed us that they had discontinued this statues a few years back. However, they said that they still had the original mold and if it was in good condition they would make one. The mold was in good shape, they cast the statue and shipped to the U.S. and we had a very happy customer. We felt really good about that.
Could we do something like this for you? Probably not. There was a lot of dumb luck involved. But we make the effort.

There you are leisurely driving along with a cup of coffee in one hand and a cell phone to your ear. Your car stereo is blasting out whatever it is that you like. It’s a nice day –
maybe 75 degrees outside. All of a sudden you get hit by this bright flash of light. What was it? It was the evil photo radar machine mocking you with its fleeting illumination. Questions swirl about – was it me that got flashed or the idiot driving next to me? Was it just a test flash? Will they forget to send a ticket? And then your mind focuses on just one thing – how much is this going to cost?
Now your day is ruined. The outside temperature doesn’t matter anymore and you turn the stereo down because now it is really bothering you. If you were going to a “happy”
destination you are no longer happy about that. All you can think of is that flash of light and how much it may cost you.
There is something that you can do to soften the blow of a photo radar ticket and that is to have unique home decor in your house (and outside too). If you have great home decor, all of that anger and frustration from the “flash” will melt away as soon as you walk into your house. You will be surrounded by statues, decorative mirrors, really cool clocks and art deco things that you aren’t sure what they are, but they look good. You are looking at your world of artistic creations and the photo radar can’t hurt you anymore.
If that doesn’t work take one of your hand cast heavy brass bookends and throw it at the wall.
It doesn’t matter what sort of decorating scheme you choose, from Victorian to modern, there are fabulous bookends that will accent your décor and provide a unique touch to any room. The great thing about bookends is that you don’t have to be a book lover or even a book collector to use them for decorating. You can simply display the bookends as matched pairs anywhere you have the space. So while they have a function, they can also just be a piece of décor for your room.

If you have a display area such as a mantle you may want to have a few sets with just a book or two between them. This can be accomplished with scroll bookends. 
Many fans of bookends collect different styles and designs to be used as décor throughout the home. Bookends lend a sophisticated and polished air to nearly any decorating. They also make great gifts for almost any occasion.
If you are looking for something different to put in your front or back yards (or inside your house of you want) give some consideration to animal statues. Many are remarkably life-like. 
There are a lot of large beautiful animals in this world. Of course, unless you have a special circumstance, there is no way to house a real lion, tiger, bear or giraffe. An animal statue is not the next best thing nor is anything else. But many animal statutes are realistic and detailed replicas and are enjoyable to look at. They certainly can add to any décor.
The majesty of the lion can be recreated in your yard and the uniqueness of the Galapagos tortoise can be displayed next to your front door.
Even mythical creatures like the enchanted unicorn can add a special touch to a bare space.

One is a beautiful pewter keepsake box. It is a sensual specimen of Art Nouveau craftsmanship and is crafted in Italy.
On the other end of the spectrum is our new dragon wall sculpture. It was designed by noted dragon and gargoyle artist Gary Chang and features a trio of dragons. It is truly unique wall art. There is nothing quite like it.
The third is a garden sculpture of the great white buffalo created by artist Daniel Lightfoot. It is incredibly detailed and hand painted in a two tone finish.
